PURPOSE: To simply perform operation printing a plurality of or all of the single documents constituting one group at once. CONSTITUTION: When a specific group name is indicated from a document name list wherein group names in which a plurality of documents are registered and single documents are displayed on a CRT 8, a CPU 1 reads a plurality of the documents of the indicated group name from FDD 4 and the group name and a plurality of the read documents are displayed on the CRT 8 as an in- group document name list. When a group name is indicated from this in-group document name list, the CPU 1 allows a PRT 11 to print a plurality of or all of the documents belonging to the group of the indicated group name. |
