PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insert which can hold an vulcanized rubber product to be stored in an extremely effective way, while making it very easy to wind up the product and the insert. SOLUTION: This apparatus for storing an unvulcanized rubber product comprises a reel 2 including two flanges 21, each equipped with a support rim 22 fitted on the axially interior side of the flange, having a general appearance of a spiral forming plural turns, and being shifted, on each turn, axially toward the outside, and an insert 3 in the form of a long and narrow strip rested on the support rim 22 and having a variable width adapted to the axial distance between the support rims 22. |
