CONSTITUTION: A core material 1 is engaged with the cavity of the bottom farce. The top force is matched to the material 1, the hole 2 provided in the wall of the material 1 is conformed to the toothform part 3 and the trough 4 of the cavity of the bottom mold, and the material 1 is positioned. Then, resin material is injected via gate suitably disposed above the recess. The material is fed from the recess side via the hole 2 in the cavity of the bottom mold, and the material is put in the cavity and the recess. Thus, the resin layer in the cavity and the resin layer in the recess are coupled in the sutured state by the resin layer fed in the hole 2.
