CONSTITUTION: In a dome-shaped multi-purpose construction 1, a roof structure member 3 is provided with a rail 4 for spreading or housing a sound/light shielding film 8 to spread or house the sound/light shielding film 8 along the rail 4. A wire rope 11 is mounted at the end part of the sound/light shielding film 8 while a winding device 12 having a winding drum 14 of the wire rope 11 is arranged near the end part of the rail.
