PURPOSE: To maintain working oil pressure accumulated in an accumulator over a prescribed value without directly detecting the working oil pressure in the accumulator, in an oil pressure accumulating device accumulating working oil to be supplied to an oil pressure type brake device in the accumulator. CONSTITUTION: A brake switch 27 detects existence of the step-in operation of a brake pedal 12, and supplies the detected result to a microcomputer 28. The microcomputer 28 integrates the step-in operation time of the brake pedal 12, and when the integrated time becomes over a reference value, operates an electric motor 24 and an oil pressure pump 23 by a prescribed time so as to accumulate working oil in an accumulator 21. Consumption of working oil in the accumulator 21 is nearly proportional to the step-in operation time, the consumption of working oil is supplemented by operating the oil pressure pump 23, and hence working oil over the prescribed pressure is always accumulated in the accumulator 21. |
