METAL LAMINATING POLYESTER COMPOSITE FILM, LAMINATE METAL PLATE, AND METAL CONTAINER

PURPOSE: To reduce the partial peeling, restrain elution of oligomer, and adhere with heat to a metal plate by forming a film of a base material layer which contains a specified percent by weight of each of a polyethylene terephthalate and a polyester polyether block copolymer and an adhesive layer which contains a polyester having a specified melting point. CONSTITUTION: A metal laminating polyester composite film consists of a base material layer A consisting of a composition which contains 99-90wt.% of a polyethylene terephthalate and 1-10wt.% of a polyester polyether block copolymer and an adhesive layer B consisting of a composition which contains a polyester having a melting point of 180-240 deg.C. The side of the layer B can be adhered with heat to a metal plate without using an adhesive. Further, an ethylene terephthalate cyclic trimer content in the polyester which constitutes the layers A and B is controlled to 0.7 wt.% or below, so that elution of the oligomer from the film is widely restrained even when the composite film is heated.
