PURPOSE: To obtain a cosmetic, capable of maintaining stable and high fluidity without forming any gelation and separation/sedimentation, and excellent in soft focussing effect. CONSTITUTION: The characteristics of this cosmetic comprises containing (A) 3-30wt.% silica powder having 5-20μm average particle diameter and 20-50ml/100g oil absorbing volume, (B) 0.05-0.3wt.% carboxyvinyl polymer and (C) 0.3-15wt.% oil solution and having 1:(0.1-5.0) blending ratio of (A) and (C).
