PURPOSE: To supply a liq. such as an adhesive to the groove of parts with high reliability and at the lowest cost possible. CONSTITUTION: A liq. is applied on the groove of parts from a liq. coater. In this case, the groove G of the part W is traced by a probe to detect the displacement of the groove G of the part W, the detected displacement is converted into an electric signal and processed to make a control signal, and the amt. of liq. from a coater 14 is controlled based on the control signal.
