PURPOSE: To enable level adjustment with good work efficiency in a field by screw-fitting a male screw-like leg member to a female screw member fixed to the back side of a waterproof pan and rotating the leg member from the upper side of the waterproof pan through a through hole. CONSTITUTION: A through hole 20 is formed on a waterproof pan 11, and a female screw member 21 is fixed to the back side of the waterproof pan 11 through brackets 22, 22. Subsequently, a male screw-like leg member 12 is screw-engaged with a female screw member 21 of the waterproof pan 11, and in such a condition, the waterproof pan 11 is placed on a concrete basement 13. A driver or the like is inserted in the through hole 20 from the upper side of the waterproof pan 11, and engaged with a rotating engaging part 25 of the head of the leg member 12, and the leg member 12 is rotated to be moved up and down, thereby adjusting the level of the waterproof pan 11. After the end of level adjustment by all leg members 12, a sealing bolt 26 is installed in each through hole 20 to be water-tightly closed. |
