PURPOSE: To provide a multi-layer sheet laid around a sink, a sideboard, etc., which exhibits an antibacterial and insectproofing actions, moisture absorption of water and oil contents, retentivity of absorbed water and oil contents, further, shape retentivity in the case of thermal press bonding, and easy manufacture. CONSTITUTION: Aluminum is vapor-deposited on a polyethylene terephthalate layer 2 to form a deposited sheet 3 having a deposited aluminum layer 3. Powder or chiplike material is filled in a space 7 of the uneven nonwoven fabric 6, a deposited sheet 4 is superposed via an adhesive layer 5, further troughs or flat parts 6b of the fabric 6 are heated to be press bonded to form a multi- layer sheet 1. Antibacterial, insectproofing or deodorizing is conducted by the component dispersed from the power or chiplike material, and the water and oil contents absorbed by the fabric 4 are stored in the space 7. |
