PURPOSE: To improve a scene on a lake and improve water quality in a dammed lake. CONSTITUTION: A block hull 1 of arbitrary bottomed container form is molded out of concrete. The hull 1 is made to have a structure with the internal cavity 5 thereof filled with a water discharging floating material 12 such as foamed styrenic resin to reduce the specific gravity of a whole structure. Thereafter, a root implanting layer structure capable of activating and implanting the roots of plants and trees, made of a fill layer or a continuously foamed material plate, is laid on and fixed to the upper surface of a single hull 1 or a plurality thereof for implanting plants and trees. |
