PURPOSE: To obtain a mouth-sealing cap for a paper pack container that can simply and surely seal a mouth of a unsealed paper pack container and sanitarily store paper pack drink. CONSTITUTION: A cap 1 for sealing a mouth of an upper-end pour spout part of a paper pack container P for milk, juice, or the like is composed of a nest member 2 of a U-shaped cross section having long and narrow slide grooves 2a on both surfaces thereof and an insertion opening to be fitted to the pour spout of the paper pack container and a slip member 3 of a U-shaped cross section having rail-form projection parts 3a that are formed on both inner walls thereof so as to be fitted into the slide grooves 2a of the nest member 2. By fitting the slide grooves 2a of the nest member 2 to the projection parts 3a of the slip member 3, the nest member 2 and the slip member 3 are slidably nested with each other. In addition, an arm-form clamping piece is provided at one end of the insertion opening of the nest member 2. A stopper consisting of a step part and a projected part that can be abutted to each other is provided on the nest member 2 and the slip member 3. |
