PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain fast cookable pasta which gives a firm touch of conventional tube-like pasta and has a cylindrical appearance after being cooked. SOLUTION: The long, thin and tube-like pasta of speedily boiling type is provided with 0.6 to 1.1 mm wall thickness at a cross section and a teeth-like projections which are parallel in vertical direction and provided with the height of 0.3 to 1.6 mm and the ratio of the height to wall thickness being 0.4 to 2 on the inner surface of the pipe. |
