PURPOSE: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition having balanced characteristics excellent in resistance to fluorocarbons, mechanical properties and vacuum forming property and a synthetic resin composite composed of molding of the thermoplastic resin composition and urethane foam, hardly causing environmental stress crack disruption in molding of the thermoplastic resin composition and suitable as a heat-insulating material, a vibration damping material and a sound insulating material, etc. CONSTITUTION: This thermoplasitic resin composition is composed of (A) 100 pts.wt. of a diene-based rubber-containing styrene-based resin, (B) 1-50 pts.wt. of a vinyl resin-containing acrylic rubber-like polymer obtained by polymerizing a vinylic monomer in the presence of an acrylic rubber-like polymer and (C) 0.75-48 pts.wt. of a polymer of a vinylic monomer and having >=200000 weight- average molecular weight, and the total amount of the components B+C is 5-60 pts.wt. A molding is obtained by using a synthetic resin composite consisting of the thermoplastic resin composition and urethane foam. |
