PURPOSE: To obtain a propylene resin composition which can be coated and printed without using a surface modifier, e.g. a primer, or an organic solvent, e.g. trichloroethane. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 100 pts.wt. modified propylene polymer (A) obtained by grafting a hydroxylatedα,β-unsaturated carboxylic ester and an aromatic vinyl compound onto a polypropylene resin and 0.1-50 pts.wt. propylene polymer (B) having at least one polar group selected from among hydroxyl, carboxyl, acid anhydride, epoxy, and amino groups, the polymer (B) being different from the polymer (A).
