PURPOSE: To provide such a landing error measuring device that accurately and precisely measures any landing error. CONSTITUTION: A steel tape 8 for installing a trapezoidal cam 6 along the inside wall of a hoistway face on each floor is stretched on the hoistway side. Rollers 22, 24 which move in a position opposed to the cam 6, while making contact with the trapezoidal cam 6, differential transformers 26, 28 provided opposed to respective rollers 22, 24, and a nylon guide 32 for keeping a fixed distance apart between the steel tape 8 and a cage 1 is attached to the cage 1 side. The device is also provided with a controller 30 for measuring landing error according to detection values of the differential transformers 26, 28 and when run-onto quantity of the rollers 22, 24, which are positioned on the upper base vertex of the trapezoidal cam 6, without any landing error is set as the reference value, landing error is measured by calculating deviation from the reference based on comparison difference of its run-onto quantity, because in the case of having the landing error, either of the rollers 22, 24 is on a slope. |
