PURPOSE: To granulate a ceramic material with no need for a large-scale equipment and without causing contamination and to improve the degree of freedom in the production process. CONSTITUTION: An appropriate amt. of a slurry 2 contg. ceramic material is dripped on a smooth and highly water-repellent plane 1, the slurry is shaped into a globular or its deformed droplet 2a by surface tension, and the droplet is dried while retaining its shape. Otherwise, the slurry droplet is rolled on the plane and dried. Further, the droplet is rolled on the plane and dried by inclining the plane at a specified angle, and the droplet is rolled and dried while blowing hot air against the droplet. |
