PURPOSE: To obtain the structure of a fusion bonded surface which can melt adhesive only by frictional heat without necessity of preheating a mounting board. CONSTITUTION: When the top face of the frame 16 of a fastener 10 is pressed in contact with the surface of a wood plate 24 and rotated at a high speed, frictional heat is generated at the contact surfaces of the frame 16 with the plate 24, and the frame 16 is melted. This heat is also transferred to hot-melt agent 18, which is gradually melted. When the agent 18 is melted, the rotation is stopped. Then, the agent 18 is cooled to be cured, and the fastener 10 is fusion bonded to the plate 24. |
