The prefabricated road structure comprises a wearing course (1) which is made up of at least one constituent which is non-woven (3), at least one layer of bitumen (4), including a layer of gravel (2). The underneath surface incorporates a key (5) anchoring it to the ground. The key consists of a tread (6) similar to the tyre of a heavy goods vehicle, with the relief moulding having a truncated cone shape. The ends of the truncated cone shaped pieces are in the form of discs acting as suction pads. Alternatively, the key may consist of bars similar to those of an endless conveyor track of a tank; or of a metal mesh, or of spikes.
