<p>PURPOSE: To quickly open a door for fire fighting activity by forming a fire hydrant box arranged in the central separation zone of an elevated bridge with a box main body deliverably exposing a fire extinguishing hose and the sliding door openably fitted at the opening section of the box main body. CONSTITUTION: The box main body 1 of this fire hydrant box A is formed into a rectangular solid shape, and it is provided with an opening section 14 deliverably exposing a hose 9, a fire hydrant 6, a fire hydrant valve 7, a pressure adjusting valve, and a pump start push button switch 13. A red indicator lamp 3 is installed at the upper section of a fire extinguisher door 5, and a terminal box 11 is attached its side. A fire extinguisher can be taken out when the handle section 4 of the fire extinguisher door 5 is pulled to this side to open the door 5, and the whole fire extinguisher door 5 is not protruded from the box main body 1. The opening section 14 of the box main body 1 is opened or closed by a sliding door 2, and a handle section 15 is attached nearly to its center section.</p> |
