PURPOSE: To obtain the subject molded product having not only extremely excellent physical properties such as excellent impact resistance but also an excellence in terms of cost, especially suitable for large products such as palettes and containers, enabling the efficient utilization of used bottle wastes produced from polyethylene terephthalate, and capable of presenting a method for solving environmental problems. CONSTITUTION: This large injection molded product has a weight of 21kg and comprises a composition which contains 50-97wt.% of reclaimed polyethylene terephthalate and 1-25wt.% of glass fibers having an average length of 200-2000μm and which has an intrinsic viscosity of 0.4-1.0dl/g and a melting temperature (Tm) of 200-270 deg.C measured at a temperature-rising rate of 20 deg.C/min after melted and subsequently quickly cooled. |
