PURPOSE: To provide a transport means with stabilizer, very easy in packing/ unpacking work, further extremely excellent in rust-preventing and fixing ability against a cargo, and further capable of fixing the cargo directly to a cargo loading surface. CONSTITUTION: An air-tightly engaging part 7 is formed in the periphery of a cargo mounting surface on a base 2 integrally formed with a truck or railway freight car. A cargo, mounted on the cargo loading surface, is covered with a packing sheet 3 from above the cargo, to engage a lower end opening part 3a of this packing sheet 3 with the air-tightly engaging part 7. A vacuum source 4, connected to a vacuumizing hole 5, is driven to suck air inside the packing sheet 3 discharged, so as to stabilize the cargo by the atmospheric pressure. |
