PURPOSE: To obtain the subject particles having specific diameter, avoided from deterioration of the core material contained therein, excellent in storage stability, water resistance, chemical resistance and film formability, useful for coatings. etc., by reaction between a specific polyol, polyisocyanate and polyamine. CONSTITUTION: The objective particles <=1μm in average diameter are obtained by reaction between (A) an ion-forming polyol (e.g. a polyol having in the molecule carboxyl group), (B) a polyisocyanate (e.g. hexamethylene diisocyanate adduct-type polyisocyanate) and (C) a polyamine (e.g. diethylenetriamine). A core material such as a germicide, herbicide or perfume may be incorporated thereinto.
