PRINTED BIODEGRADABLE RESIN LAMINATE

摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain a printed biodegradable resin laminate wholly constituted of a biodegradable material and showing excellent water resistance at the time of use by applying printing to the surface of a base material having degradability using water-soluble printing ink and laminating a transparent biodegradable resin on the surface thereof. CONSTITUTION: Cardboard l (220g/m<2> ) is used as a base material and a pattern is printed on the single surface thereof using colored water-soluble ink 2 prepared by compounding 20 pts.wt. of polyvinyl alcohol being an ink binder and 0.1 pts.wt. of a dye with water by a silk screen printing method. Further, biodegradable resin polyhydroxybutylate/polhydroxyvalerate copolymer is laminated to both surfaces of the base material in a thickness of 30μm by a T-die type melt extrusion method to form a laminate. This laminate is used to form a card (5.5cm long and 8.5cm broad).
