摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To prevent turning on of the power source of an electronic device in a state in which no refrigerant flows by a method wherein a valve having a function to detect an opening and closing state is located in a piping system, and control is effected such that when the valve is in a closed state, the power source of a device to be cooled is brought into a state in which it cannot be turned on. CONSTITUTION:An electronic device 60 is provided with a body 61 to be cooled adhered to a plate on which a refrigerant flows, a source control part 62, valves 63 and 64 to disconnect a refrigerant piping system, and a refrigerant piping 72 in a device. The valves 63 and 64 respectively have an opening and closing state detecting function. When the part of the body 61 to be cooled of an arbitrary electronic device is ex changed, the valves 63 and 64 are closed. Thereafter, the valves 63 and 64 are opened and a power source is turned on again. But, when a state to be left opened occurs, a control part 54 of a cooling device 50 detects this state, and a signal for a power source which may not be turned on is transmitted to a source control part 62 of the electronic device 60 through a signal line 81. This constitution prevents the power source of the electronic device from being turned on in a state in which no refrigerant flows during erroneous control of the valves 63 and 64.</p>
