PURPOSE:To obviate generation of maldor during fixing and to prevent degradation in image quality by generation of voids by using specific three-dimensionally crosslinked polyester resin for a binder resin. CONSTITUTION:>=90wt.% of the binder resin of a toner consists of the three- dimensionally crosslinked polyester (A) having 90-150 deg.C softening temp., 55-75 deg.C glass transition temp., 3-20% gel fraction, 10-1,000 poise melt viscosity at 200 deg.C and <=20KOHmg/g acid value. The component A is obtd. by condensation polymn. of diol and polyvalent carboxylic acid. Trivalent or higher valent carboxylic acid (e.g.: 1,2,4-benzene tricarboxylic anhydride) is preferably incorporated at 5-25mol.% as a crosslinking component into said component. Carbon is incorporated as a coloring agent at 3-10wt.% of the entire part of the toner compsn. into the toner. Flash fixing is executed by using the resulted toner. |
