A compound is disclosed which has the formula, where R1 is a hydrogen atom, or a straight or branched chain alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and R2 is a straight or branched chain alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, +TR in which n is an integer of 0 to 3, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. A process for producing the compound and a medicine containing the compound are also disclosed. Such medicine is effectively useful for inhibiting myocardial infarction.
