The effective area of the panel having straight outlines and right-angled corners to form a rectangular shape, and each of apexes thereof coincides with that of the panel projected area. To obtain the above rectangular effective area, the present invention adopts means for restricting exposing extent between the light source and the panel, in the exposure of black matrix (FIG. 6). |
