PURPOSE: To polish the inner surface of a cylindrical workpiece efficiently in a short time. CONSTITUTION: In a polishing body 20, both ends of a shaft 21 is closed by flanges 22, and plural ring members 23 are mounted with play to the shaft 21. In the ring member 23, the inner part is formed of magnetic material 24 such as iron, and the outer part is formed of a soft metal layer such as copper or a resin layer 25. Lapping is thereby performed in the abrasive grain inserted state. |
