<p>PURPOSE:To provide excellent high same phase removing capacity and to drive a high frequency inverter by integrating a photodetector, an amplifier, a transistor and a drive controller as an output side element, and using an AlGaAs light emitting diode as a light emitting element. CONSTITUTION:A photodetector 34, an amplifier 38, a first transistor 40, a second transistor 41 and a drive controller 42 are integrated in one chip as an output side element, the element and a light emitting element 33 are electrically insulated, combined, and an AlGaAs light emitting diode is used as the element 33. Thus, high frequency inverter drive of an inverter driving module 39 is performed, excellent high same phase removing capacity is provided, and a driving circuit of the module can be reduced in capacity.</p> |
