<p>PURPOSE:To enable the title device structure having a strength with small number of component elements to be manufactured, facilitate a service inspection or a replacement work by a method wherein a supporting plate and a supporting frame for use in fixing a double pipe type heat exchanger are assembled on a bottom plate in a gate-form and a supporting plate for a compressor is fixed over the supporting frame and a back plate. CONSTITUTION:A front plate 4, right and left side plates 5, 6 and a top plate 7 are assembled to an approximate L-shaped plate 1 formed with a bottom plate 2 and a back plate 3 which are formed by bending a sheet metal so as to form an outer fitting case 8 for an outdoor unit of an air conditioner. A double-pipe type heat exchanger 10 is fixed to the supporting plate 9 by welding, attached to one side 11 of the bottom plate 2 through threaded holes 12, and the supporting frame 13 is fixed such that its lower end 14 is fixed to the other side 15 of the bottom plate 2 and its upper end 17 is fixed to the supporting plate 9 through threaded holes 18, 18. The supporting plate 19 for a compressor is fixed such that its front end 20 is attached to the supporting frame 13 through threaded holes 21 and 21, and its rear end 22 is fixed to a fixing plate 23 welded to the back plate 3. With this arrangement, three component elements, i.e. the supporting plate 9, supporting frame 13 and supporting plate 19 for the compressor may act as a reinforcing member for the unit.</p> |
