This support clamp for cables and pipes, of the type consisting of one part being a fastening strap and a stay- bolt with one end section forming a threaded fastening pin or peg, has its strap part provided with a double elbow U- shaped bend with polygonal apertures in its branches, whilst the stay-bolt has one end flattened and cantilevered; this stay-bolt is connected onto the strap part by insertion of its flattened end through the aforementioned apertures in the double elbow and assembled by plasticizing, except at the stay-bolt fastening end. This fastening strap simplifies fitting, not having any welding or riveting. <IMAGE>
