Amide derivatives of thienopyrroles, their preparation and application as drugs. Compounds of general formula (I) where X1 and X2, which are different, correspond to either carbon or sulphur, R1 represents compounds of formula (Ia) or (Ib), R2 is hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl, R3 and R4 are either hydrogen, alkyl, halogen, hydroxyl, alkoxyl, cyano or nitro, R5 is hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl, aryl, aralkyl, alkoxycarbonyl, phenylalkyloxycarbonyl, alkylsulphinyl, phenylsulphonyl, alkyloxyalkyl or hydroxycarbonylalkyl, R6 is hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl, hydroxycarbonylalkyl, alkoxycarbonyl or alkoxycarbonylalkyl, R7 is hydrogen, alkoxyl or halogen, R8 is 3-indolylmethyl, hydroxycarbonylalkyl or benzyloxycarbonylalkyl, R9 is hydroxyl or nitrogen combined with R10 and R11, R10 and R11 are independently hydrogen, C1- C6 alkyl, preferably n-pentyl or hydroxycarbonylalkyl, -Z1, Z2 represent C=N- or N-C=O. Their process of preparation comprises reacting carboxyl derivatives with racemic amines in anhydrous or hydrated organic solvents. Their physiologically acceptable salts are used as drugs intended for the treatment of intestinal malfunctions, among other things. <IMAGE>
