Salts of trimetazidine of formula (I) and a sulphonyl urea of formula (II) are new. R1 = H; halo; 1-5C alkyl opt. substd. by one OH; COOH; NH2; or CH2-CH2-NH-CO-R3; R2 = 1-5C alkyl opt. substd. by one OH; 3-7C mono- or bi- cycloalkyl opt. substd. by OH and/or 1-5C alkyl groups; or up to 8C mono- or bicyclic amino; R3 = phenyl opt. substd. by one or more of halo or 1-5C alkyl or alkoxy; heterocycle contg. 1-3N atoms, opt. substd. by one or more halo, or 1-5C alkyl or alkoxy.
