The movable body (6) comprises a pendulous arm extending laterally from an upright pivoting axis (7) and is located so that it is activatable to pivot dependent upon the floating body movements and/or inclination. The pivot axis is formed from a rotary axis (11) rotatably located vertically in the normal position and connected with the pendulous arm. The rotary axis is at least supported rotatably located at is one end but pref. at its both ends (14,15). The pendulous arm has a wt. (19) adjustable along it and lockable in the required position. The pendulous arm extends at right-angles from the rotary axis. A gearbox (21) or gearwheel is coupled between the rotary axis and a generator. An inclined wheel resting against a running track is connected with the pendulous arm and rolls along a ring-shaped track inclined in relation to the rotary axis. |
