<p>A benzothiazolesulfonamide derivative having a terminal cycloalkyl group, represented by general formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable acid-addition salt thereof, (wherein A represents a C2-C6 alkylene group which is unsubstituted or substituted by a C1-C4 alkyl group; B represents either a C1-C6 alkylene group which is unsubstituted or substituted by a C1-C4 alkyl group, or a single bond; R1 represents hydrogen or a C¿1?-C4 alkyl group; R?2 and R3¿ represent each independently hydrogen or a C¿1?-C6 alkyl group, or R?2 and R3¿ are combined together to form a C¿1?-C4 alkyl group which is unsubstituted or substituted by a C1-C4 alkyl group; and R?4¿ represents a C¿3?-C7 cycloalkyl group which is unsubstituted or substituted by a C1-C4 alkyl group). These compounds are useful as the active ingredient of a remedy or preventive for asthma, a bronchodilator, or a medicinal composition for treating or preventing diseases caused by an abnormal IgE antibody level.</p> |
