This apparatus is used for automatically switching pipe lines in a liquid processing plant for the washing purpose, and a portion to be washed by a cleaning liquid and a portion to be affected by wetting by the cleaning liquid are separated from each other, so that centralized control is made possible for automatically switching the pipe lines through remote control operation. For this purpose, a stationary plate (10) to which are secured the openings of a plurality of pipes (11a, 11b, 11c, 11d) constituting the pipe lines in the circumferential portions of said plate is provided and, on the side of the pipe openings of the stationary plate, connecting pipes (17a, 17b) for connecting said pipes and a nozzle (34), which is positioned at the central part of the circumference of the stationary plate and ejects the cleaning liquid to a pipe connecting portion, are integrally disposed. Furthermore, a cover (45) for shielding the connecting pipes and the nozzle is provided, and a driving portion (2) for switching the connections of the pipe lines by linearly reciprocating and rotatably rocking said connecting pipes and nozzle is disposed on the side opposite to the stationary plate (10) having the function of shutting off the cleaning liquid.
