The invention concerns a method and device for mixing fluids, in particular petrol-oil mixtures, with a first fluid supply tank (1); a pump (3) connected to the first supply tank (1) via a suction line (9); a through-flow measuring device (4) connected to the pump (3) via a pressure line (10); and with a discharge station connected to the through-flow measuring device (4) via a mixing line (15). A mixture can be produced automatically owing to the provision of at least one further fluid supply tank (2) which is connected to a second pump (16) via a second suction line (11). The pump (16) is connected to the pressure line (10) via a line (12). The second pump (16) is driven by the fluid from the first supply tank (1).
