Constant current circuit for precision operation electronic circuitry

The load (1) supplying constant current circuit comprises current source (10) supplying temp. dependent input current of preset value to a reference transistor (20), which generates a reference voltage (Vr) at one junction point coupling it to the current source. A voltage divider (30) generates a control voltage (Vc) by dividing the reference voltage. An output transistor (41) controls the output current (Ic) independence on the control voltage and supplies the output current to the load. The temp. dependence of the output current is adjustable by setting the voltage divider ratio of the voltage divider.
