The wall filler consists of a hollow cylinder (2) to enclose (3) a plunger (4) which moves along the cylinder axis and includes piston rod (5) and piston (6) coupled together at one end as against the far end of the rod (5) which is fitted with a handle (10). The piston has a cuff which is fixed to the centrally positioned piston rod (5) so one end of the rod protrudes from the cuff. The cuff is fixed to the rod via fixers (9a,b), notably a holder (9a) fixed to the rod on the handle-facing side, using holder (9b) to apply contact pressure to the cuff, and in this way pass this pressure through to the holder (9a) on the far side of the piston cuff. The piston pref. has two cuffs (7a,b), that (7a) on the handle side having a curved outer edge on this same side and the second cuff (7b) being curved on its outer edge on the outward side.
