Decorative moulding for building

The moulding (1-6) is made from easy-cutting lightweight concrete and its visible surfaces (11) are weatherproof-glazed specifically in cement-containing substance. They may be glazed with an inner layer of binder and an outer layer of paint etc. In buildings, the moulding comes in prism design which is cut to shape on the outsides and glazed over visible surfaces, pref. by dipping into slurry-containing cement. The visible surfaces can be coated in this slurry or sprayed to requirement, or again are sprayed with or dipped into a binder and thereupon coated with weatherproof paint etc. The column comprises single parts (1-6), each made from four segments (2-5 only) and joined at their abutments by mortar or pins. It may be used as covering round worn or abraded etc. pillars.
