<p>One exemplary embodiment comprises: - a cradle (3), made from plastic, interposed between the cable (2) and the printed-circuit (4) board, comprising: guide faces (15); a positioning stud (14); and a hollow (13) for receiving and holding the cable (2); - a stirrup-shaped clamp (1), made from solderable metal, comprising two arms (9-10, 19-20) constituting two insulation-displacement contacts, this stirrup-shaped clamp being crimped over the cable (2) which is held in place on the cradle (3), in order to establish two contacts with the screening braid (8) of the cable and to connect this braid to the earth of the printed circuit (4); and comprising a plurality of feet (21) inserted into holes (6) and soldered to the lands (22) of the printed circuit.
