The semi-drying type cleaner, for removing the hazardous gases generated from the industrial boiler or incinerator, has the double venturi-tube type injection nozzle. The cleaner comprises the double venturi-tube structure having the injection nozzle(7) for injecting the liquids such as neutralizing agent and cylindrical nozzle guide(8) for blowing the low-pressure air; a flange connecting section(13) for sealing and compressing the nozzle and nozzle-guide; a input port(9) for supplying the compressed-air; a low-pressure air input port(10) for supplying the low-pressure compressed air; and a plurality of injection nozzle sections(20) positioned at the same circumference provided at the conical slanted section on the reactor body(1).
