The interval and position of two ring levels (4) can be adjusted by six elements (6) which are hinged (7) to the two ring (4',4") levels so that adjacent elements stand out of parallel. The elements between the hinge joints are arranged in a triangle or a trapezium, the joints made up of three double joints per level. The rings forming the levels are joined by spacers (3) as fitted with fixers (5) which have devices to vary the wire angles. The wedge or cone clamps acting as wire fixers lock into their clamping position or come in plate form, and the length of the adjusting elements can be varied mechanically or by hand, or by motor or fluid powered cylinder assisted by visible markings on the respective elements, using an external control for the length adjustment.
