<p>A class of pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine derivatives of formula (I), wherein Q represents a moiety of formula Qa or Qb, are ligands for dopamine receptor subtypes within the body, in particular the dopamine D4 receptor subtype and are therefore useful in the treatment and/or prevention of disorders of the dopamine system, including schizophrenia.</p> |
