Mfg. cheap mould for textured plane or cylindrical surfaces

The mould, esp. a casting mould, is made using a carrier covered by a textile (1) with perforations (5) and/or elevations or depressions. A plastic or similar sheet copies the structure (3, 6) by deep drawing. A net or embroidered fabric is suitable. The carrier is essentially plane, the sheet being pulled down over its sides. To make a hollow cylindrical mould, the textile material is applied to a pref. cylindrical hollow carrier, either inside or outside. The textile material is glued to the carrier; as a net, curtain net may be used. In addition to the method described above, a suitable casting mould, formed as described, is also claimed.
