<p>A novel artificial mineral casing for mushroom cultivation, in particular for cultivated Agaricus bisporus mushrooms, characterised in that it includes an upper mineral casing layer of a cured hydraulic binder material with gaps provided therethrough for the passage of the mycelium to the surface of said mineral casing. A method for preparing said mineral casing and a method for cultivating mushrooms are also disclosed.</p> |
