The present invention relates to a weather strip (seal) between door and windscreen of a motor vehicle. This weather strip comprises a metal armature (1) extending along an upright (pillar) (M) of the body of the vehicle and exhibiting, in transverse section, roughly the shape of a U, the base (2) of which is fixed to the pillar (upright) (M), one (5) of the branches or wings of which U carries an elastomer section (6) with a lip (6a) applied to the edge of the windscreen (P), and the other branch or wing (7) of which carries an elastomer section (8) with a lip (8a) applied to the edge (B) of the door (O), the two elastomer sections (6, 8) being joined by a membrane (9), and forming a single piece obtained by extrusion on the armature (1). This weather strip may be shaped and fixed to a body pillar of any private or commercial vehicle.
