Juice extractor centrifuge

The centrifuge has a rotating drum (1) with inner and outer elements (5,3) of corresponding shape, together providing a filter for passage of the extracted juice. The size of the filter openings is determined by rotation of the inner drum element relative to the outer drum element. Pref. the inside surface of the outer drum element and the outside surface of the inner drum element have corresponding triangular ridges, which interlock to hold the inner drum element in the adjusted position relative to the outer drum element. The upper edge of the inner drum element has an outwards projecting lip (17) which fits over the top edge of the inner drum element.
