The manufacturing method of asphalt for cool process comprises : feeding 15 wt.pts of kerosene within 100 wt.pts of brown asphalt in furnace and heat-melting at 200-230 deg.C then liquefying to prepare the raw (1); then feeding 35 wt.pts of kerosene, and cooling to 150-120 deg.C and feeding 75 wt.pts of solvent and stirring; then mixing-stirring 75 wt.pts of diatom earth. The obtd. asphalt has good workability is useful in water proofing process.
